We mobilize workers and allies at the local level, building coalitions that create lasting change from the ground up. Through community meetings, workplace organizing, and digital campaigns, we connect people who share common values and goals.

Legislative Advocacy

Our team works directly with lawmakers to advance policies that strengthen worker protections, expand economic opportunities, and ensure fair representation. We track legislation, provide expert testimony, and coordinate advocacy efforts across multiple states.

Voter Education

Knowledge is power. We provide nonpartisan information about candidates and ballot measures that impact workers’ rights, economic security, and workplace safety. Our voter guides and educational resources help communities make informed decisions at the polls.

The Stand Up for Workers Action Fund exists to ensure every worker—regardless of race, gender, industry, or zip code—can earn a fair wage, work in safe conditions, and be treated with dignity and respect.

We Believe

Attempts to undermine current labor and employment laws harm workers. Without an independent judiciary faithfully enforcing the law, powerful employers may exploit workers with impunity. Workers who have been wronged need to have access to fair and impartial courts to hold companies accountable.

Our Goal

To empower workers with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to thrive and achieve economic security. Together, we will achieve a future where every worker is treated with dignity and respect, and the rule of law is upheld to create a more equitable society for all.

Change doesn’t happen overnight or on its own. That’s why we also work alongside our sister organization, the Stand Up for Workers PAC that helps to elect leaders who share our vision for justice and equality in the workplace.
